The Erwins are back with another stellar recording! The talented Texas-based siblings deliver eight incredible tracks on the exciting new project entitled This Is Love.
The album opens with the engaging mid-tempo “All Of My Help,” which features each member and simply praises Christ for He is the solution to all of our problems. All of my help comes from the Lord. Everything good and right comes from Him! Katie takes the lead on the bluesy “Already On His Way God,” which reminds listeners that you don’t have to be afraid when things get bleak. Be still and know that He is God and He is on His way! Turn your troubles into praise for He is always there for you! Kris takes the lead on the powerful mid-tempo anthem “The Blood Of Jesus,” which tells of Christ’s saving blood washing over us. Kody and Keith share the verses on “The God I Know,” a powerful ballad that reminds us that God can still move mountains and calm the seas. He won’t let you go. “The Story Ends” is an encouraging anthem that simply says: there is no need for fear for we as believers know how the story ends! Christ has overcome! Kody takes the lead on the mid-tempo “Mountain In The Sea,” which encourages listeners to put their trust in Christ, who can move mountains! The title track, featuring Katie, is a catchy tune that tells of Christ’s unending love for us! Kris shines on the beautiful ballad “When My Scars Touch Yours.” This powerful song that simply says: there is hope, healing, mercy, and meaning in Christ our Savior. When my scars touch His, I am not alone.
