THOUGHTS:
Mark Trammell Quartet is back again with another stellar recording featuring ten well crafted and meaningful songs of hope and faith! This exciting new project includes the incredible songwriting talents of Dianne Wilkinson, Kyla Rowland, Rodney Griffin, and more. Group members Nick Trammell and Trevor Conkle penned songs for the CD as well. The lineup of the Trammells, Buffin, and Byrd has become one of my favorites in the group’s history and this project showcases their blend perfectly and is one of their best yet!
The album opens with “Be Saved,” a beautiful orchestral anthem that features Nick Trammell (who co-wrote the track) and simply says: By His Grace, be saved from the power that holds you enslaved! “Forever King,” is fun, convention style song penned by Dianne Wilkinson that praises Jesus Christ for He alone can save. He is our Forever King. Both Nick Trammell, and Randy Byrd have great step out lines in this catchy tune complete with a reprise of the last chorus! Randy Byrd takes the lead on the groovy “Just A Little While,” written by Conkle, which showcases his incredibly smooth bass voice and reminds us that we will meet Him on the other side in just a little while! Tenor Blake Buffin is featured on the easy listening mid-tempo track, “The Way In The Wilderness,” which reminds us that Christ is the Way in this troubled world. He is our Hope in the darkness! Next, “Not If, But When,” a bouncy rhythm filled track that simply says Christ is coming back soon! It’s not a matter of if, but when! He will keep His Promise! Next, the group covers the great Gaither classic “When They All Get Together.” This groovy arrangement features Mark Trammell’s smooth baritone and showcases the group’s incredible harmonies! One of my favorite tracks on this recording for sure! “Go Ask Moses,” is fun, mid-tempo track that reminds us that God always makes a way. He is faithful always and will guide you through whatever you’re going through. God rules it all so put all your trust in Him! Next, the title track “God Has Provided,” is a fun, up-tempo tune that tells of Christ’s sacrifice. God provided Himself a Lamb! Christ is the spotless lamb that sacrificed Himself for our sins so that we can live with Him forever free! This is sure to be a hit and will be popular in concert! “The Hem Of His Garment,” is a beautiful ballad featuring the elder Trammell that talks about the transforming power of Christ! In Him, we are born again and free from our sin! This fantastic album closes with “Good Enough For Me,” a fun, up-tempo tune featuring Nick Trammell and simply says: I want to go to Heaven to see my savior. It’s not because of all the things He is creating there, “just knowing that He’ll be there is good enough for me!”

MARK TRAMMELL QUARTET HAS DELIVERED YET ANOTHER STELLAR RECORDING! GREAT SONGS, FANTASTIC VOCALS, AND GREAT PRODUCTION QUALITY! HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE: “JUST A LITTLE WHILE,” “WHEN THEY ALL GET TOGETHER,” “GO ASK MOSES,” “GOD HAS PROVIDED,” AND “FOREVER KING.” ONE OF THEIR BEST YET IN MY HUMBLE OPINION! GO GET THIS CD ASAP!!
